The PosiTector 200 non-destructively measures a wide variety of applications using proven ultrasound technology. Measures coating thickness over wood, concrete, plastics, composites, metals and more. Advanced models measure up to 3 individual layer thicknesses in a multi-layer system and features a graphic readout for detailed analysis of the coating system.
PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector 6000 , PosiTector 200 , DPM, PosiTector UTG , RTR and PosiTector SPG probes easily converting from a coating thickness gage to a dew point meter, surface profile gage or wall thickness gage.

Need to have this new DeFelsko PosiTector 200 PosiTector 200 Coating Thickness Gauge calibrated? While this gauge has passed a quality control check, having a calibration certificate for thickness meters might be required by your quality control system. Digital Measurement Metrology (owner of ProcessInstruments.ca) is a canadian metrology company with more than 25 years of experience. Our Brampton, Ontario based calibration lab has one of the most comprehensive ISO 17025 accredited calibration scope in Canada.
Do you have an old DeFelsko gauge to be calibrated? We might be able to calibrate DeFelsko thickness meters (DeFelsko PosiTector 200 or a different model) and provide an ISO, NIST traceable calibration certificate. Please contact our metrology lab for more info.
