PosiTector SPG Surface Profile Gages

This PosiTector SPG (Surface Profile Gage) manufactured by DeFelsko is a hand-held instrument used to measure the profile height of a blasted steel or textured coatings surfaces. Fast, accurate and very user friendly, the PosiTector SPG Surface Profile Gauge instantly calculates average, standard deviation, min/max thickness and number of readings and, while measuring , up to 100.000 results can be stored in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches without the user having to write down the measurements.

The PosiTector SPG surface profile gauge is available with two different bodies with alumina wear face and tungsten carbide tip for long life and continuous accuracy: "Standard Body" and "Advanced Features Body", both with built-in temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy. To take advantage of its versatility, separate probes are available for blasted steel and textured coatings including 30° angle probe tips for special applications.

PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector 6000 , PosiTector 200 , DPM, PosiTector UTG , RTR and PosiTector SPG probes easily converting from a coating thickness gage to a dew point meter, surface profile gage or wall thickness gage.
