These series of Fluke Infrared Pyrometers are specifically designed for HVAC Professionals. Any IR thermometer of series measures both infrared and contact temperature in a fast, efficient, and easy to use way, saving you valuable time and effort. The FLUKE series of laser thermometers ensure you are reading the right temperature at the safest distance in the most safety way possible to take temperature readings with great accuracy and precision.
Used for IR temperature measurements, with this Fluke Gun Thermometer you can measure hot, moving, electrically energized, and hard-to-reach objects instantly. Thanks to Fluke 561’s handy flexible pipe probe you already own to take super-heat or internal temperatures where fixed or contact thermometers are unable to meet your requirements. If your application calls for an internal temperature reading you can use the Fluke 561’s handy flexible pipe probe to take super-heat or internal temperature measurements.
Features
IR thermometer for quick measurements up close, or at a distance, without a ladder
Contact thermometry capability, compatible with all standard mini-connector type K thermocouples, preserves your investment in thermocouples
Fabric hook-and-loop fastener pipe probe for superheat and sub-cooling and other contact and ambient measurements
Single-point laser sighting
Temperature range of -40°C to 550° C (-40°F to 1022°F) covers most industrial and residential applications
Easy emissivity adjustment (Lo, Med, Hi) for measuring pipes and other shiny materials more accurately
Lightweight (just 12 ounces / 340 grams) and portable
Efficient – no need to shut down equipment when making IR measurements
MIN, MAX, and DIF functions help you quickly identify problems
Scan large areas or small objects quickly and efficiently

HVAC measurement guide
Need to have this new Fluke 56x Series IR Thermometer with K-type thermocouple calibrated? While this gauge has passed a quality control check, having a calibration certificate for infrared thermometers might be required by your quality control system. Digital Measurement Metrology (owner of ProcessInstruments.ca) is a canadian metrology company with more than 25 years of experience. Our Brampton, Ontario based calibration lab has one of the most comprehensive ISO 17025 accredited calibration scope in Canada.
Do you have an old Fluke gauge to be calibrated? We might be able to calibrate Fluke infrared thermometers (Fluke 56x Series or a different model) and provide an ISO, NIST traceable calibration certificate. Please contact our metrology lab for more info.
